AATA Thanksgiving Transit Schedule

AATA will not operate regular fixed-route bus service, A-Ride, or Senior shared-ride services on Thursday, November 26, 2009 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. Most regular bus, A-Ride and senior services will resume on Friday, November 27 with the following exceptions:

AATA Saves 100,000 Gallons, $270,000 Using Hybrid Technology

ANN ARBOR, MI – With a fuel savings of more than 100,000 gallons since the addition of its first 20 hybrid electric buses, the Ann Arbor Transportation Authority (AATA) has introduced seven more of the energy-saving vehicles to its fleet, with four additional units on order for delivery in June, 2010.
