Jennifer Tong was appointed director of Ann Arbor-based NSF’s restaurant food safety division.In her new role, she’s responsible for the strategic development of the NSF’s Dine Safer Program, a certification program that helps restaurants and other retail food establishments improve the quality of their food while enhancing their food safety efforts.
