The association’s members are co-owners and residents of Tower Plaza Condominium, a 26-story high-rise at 555 E. William St. at Maynard St. in downtown Ann Arbor.
Located one block west of the University of Michigan’s central campus, Tower Plaza Condominium puts stores, banks, restaurants, theaters, nightclubs, and sporting events within walking distance for residents.
Units in Tower Plaza Condominium have studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans. Roughly a dozen units are currently for sale. Some units are available for rent from their co-owners.
