Con-way Inc. Board Declares Quarterly Dividend On Common Stock

SAN MATEO, Calif. – Sep. 22, 2008 – The Board of Directors of Con-way Inc. (NYSE:CNW) has declared a cash dividend of 10 cents per share on the company’s common stock. The dividend is payable December 12, 2008 to shareholders of record on November 12, 2008.
